What We Catch

Conflicting mineral rights
A landowner's mineral rights agreement gave a third party the ability to reclaim site control after construction began.
Hidden schedule dependencies
The project schedule showed COD inside a safe window, but RFR identified expiring land options and permit approvals that would lapse before construction start unless amended.
