Program management for dynamic teams.
Euclid Blue combines a dedicated team and a purpose-built platform to bring structure to your program at every stage, so you can move projects forward with precision and ease.
Trusted by renewable energy's leading teams

The Problem
As projects progress, complexity compounds and internal bandwidth tightens.
The teams we work with are capable and intentional. What changes is the moment portfolios approach their critical milestones — when development hurdles, EPC negotiations, interconnection milestones, financing timelines, and NTP dates all have to be managed at once. Multiply that across a fleet of projects, and even the best teams are absorbing more than they were built to carry.
What you get
Structure across every workstream, stakeholder, and risk.
Every engagement is configured to your project, and set up to ensure you hit the critical milestones ahead. Here is what that always includes.
An experienced program manager.
A dedicated leader who knows your project and makes sure your standards are captured and applied across every workstream.
A custom framework.
Every engagement draws from a menu of Euclid services and tools, designed to fit the gaps in your existing team. The foundation is always the same: data and document control, reporting, and risk management built around your project and its critical milestones.
Comprehensive project controls.
From schedule development and critical path management to budget and cashflow forecasting, we provide the project controls infrastructure that keeps your program on track and decisions well-informed.
A proactive approach to get you to NTP and beyond.
From day one, we own action and compliance tracking across your program, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders so risks are surfaced and addressed before they impact your milestones.
Team
A dedicated partner for every stage.
An experienced program manager leads your engagement, drawing from Euclid's bench of specialists across development, transactions, engineering and construction, and commissioning as your project demands.
